"Don't spend your precious time asking "Why isn't the world a better place?" It will only be time wasted. The question to ask is "How can I make it better?" To that there is an answer." —Leo F. Buscaglia
Ponder is just pondering, for motions you need actions.

Roses and thorns
Roses and thorns by Stephen Chen (Stephen - Seattle Beach Headstand) on Myspace: "'Some people are always grumbling because roses have thorns; I am thankful that thorns have roses.' —Alphonse Karr
Even though its standing still the roses knows how to protect it self.
Without thorns it will perish and we'll never get to cherish it."

Fear Are Undefeatable
MySpace: "'The things you fear are undefeatable, not by their nature, but by your approach.' —Jewel
Approach fear with a paint brush, music singing, rock climbing or watch a fish swimming in a pond.
Approach fear watching the sunrise, listening to rain drops, or compare shapes with the white puffy clouds.
Approach fear with respect, gratitude, transparency, and open arms."

Use Your Thoughts Thoughfully
MySpace: "'Our life is shaped by our mind; we become what we think.' —Buddha
Our brain is like the magnetic field of the Earth,
positive and negative polarity.
With any thought either negative or positive it will
start to accumulate (attract) and come toward you.
A positive (something good you want or don't want to happen)
thought will attract positive polarity because you'll cancel out the
opposite negative polarity and it's left with only positive polarity.
A negative (something bad you want or don't want to happen)
thought will attract negative polarity because you'll cancel out the opposite positive polarity and it's left with only negative polarity.
Without any thought there will be no reaction you'll get silence or peace."
